Orders are normally processed within 24 hours after payment is successfully received.

Once an order has entered production, cancellation or modification may not be possible.

Please carefully review your shipping address, size information, customization requirements, and order details before completing your purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases including, but not limited to:

• Incorrect or incomplete order information
• Suspected fraudulent transactions
• Pricing or listing errors
• Product availability issues
• Other circumstances that may prevent us from fulfilling the order

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.

4. Production Time

Most of our cosplay costumes are made to order.

The standard production time is approximately 15–30 business days after the order has been processed.

Customized, special-size, complex, or large-volume orders may require additional production time.

Production times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

5. Shipping and Delivery

After production is completed, orders will be shipped using the available shipping method selected or assigned at checkout.

Estimated shipping time is approximately 3–15 business days, depending on the destination, shipping carrier, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions.

The estimated total time from order placement to delivery is approximately 18–45 business days.

Please understand that shipping delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including customs clearance, weather conditions, public holidays, transportation disruptions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen events.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We cannot guarantee that an order will not be subject to customs charges.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and customization information.

For standard-size products, customers should carefully review the size chart before placing an order.

For customized-size products, the measurements provided by the customer will be used for production.

We are not responsible for fitting issues resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrectly submitted measurements.

Customized products may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange once production has begun, except where required by applicable law or where the product is defective.

8. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Our return and refund procedures are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, customized or specially produced items may have different return and refund conditions.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs or videos showing the issue.

We will review the situation and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with our policies.

9. Payment

All orders must be paid in full before production begins.

We may accept payment methods displayed on our website at the time of checkout.

We reserve the right to verify transactions and may cancel or hold an order if a payment is suspected to be unauthorized, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid.
