Custom Order Process
- All custom orders require a detailed description or reference images.
- Please allow 15–30 business days for production of custom costumes.
Sizing
- Please provide accurate measurements when placing a custom order.
- We recommend referring to our Size Guide for measurement instructions.
Returns & Cancellations
- Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun.
- Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
